The service
A plan provides access to the configured VPN service for its stated duration and traffic allowance. The connection becomes available after payment verification and successful provisioning. The fixed expiry is calculated at the first activation attempt; contact support if activation is delayed. Availability and performance depend on the network, device, client, and server.
Payment and renewal
Plans are one-time purchases, not recurring charges. A renewal extends the existing subscription and adds its purchased traffic allowance without resetting prior usage. The same subscription link is retained.
Responsible use
Do not use the service to access systems without permission, distribute malware, send spam, or otherwise violate applicable law. Keep your account and subscription link private.
Refunds and consumer information
Before enabling sales, the operator must publish the applicable refund, withdrawal, tax, dispute, and consumer-rights information. Nothing in this draft excludes mandatory consumer rights. Contact support about payment problems; a technical failure must not cause you to pay twice.
